I love my life, now.

"The best way to accomplish an improved environment is to focus upon the best things about where you currently are until you flood your own vibrational patterns of thought with appreciation, and in that changed vibration, you can then allow the new-and-improved conditions and circumstances to come into your experience.
Look for good things about where you are, and in your state of appreciation, you lift all self-imposed limitations (and all limitations are self-imposed) and you free yourself for the receiving of wonderful things."
--- Abraham

Have you ever heard of the gratitude list?  Or the one thing I love a day list?
Well, if you haven't, it's worth looking into.  Just taking a few moments of every day to stop, take a breath and look at the awesomeness of your life can totally change the way you feel.

When we get caught up in the proverbial "crap" that we see in our lives, we give energy to it and it sucks all our attention away from our potential joy.  Focusing on the negative only enhances and magnifies it, so why give it that power?

If you're finding it difficult to see the positive in your life start small...  Do you have a body that functions, eyes that see, lungs that breathe? Well that's something to be grateful for!

Life is a gift, let yourself receive.

In love and gratitude,

"Men don't cry and Women cry all the time."

The discussion of masculine and feminine energies and what those mean in our relationships, careers and lives in general has been coming to the forefront as of late.

I've heard many things from different standpoints including women who have resisted the feminine as to not engage in the media's perceived expectations of them to men who are filled with rage about being unable to express their softer, kinder side.

The reality is that neither one of these positions is healthy.
As humans we have both masculine and feminine qualities.  At different moments in our lives these qualities express themselves in unique ways.  This is not something to resist or be ashamed of, it is actually something to be embraced.  It is our gift, and understanding your own natural tendency and how to utilized these different energies can totally transform your life.

It all comes down to balance; we need the masculine to create, to take action, to build structures, and we need the feminine to receive, to nurture and to guide the flow of those structures in a compassionate way.

As an empowered woman I know when it is time for me to step into my masculine in order to drive my focus and action to create.  I also know when it's time to step into my feminine allowing myself to soften, be vulnerable and open to receiving.  I use this knowing in both my business and my personal life.  In my daily life I embrace my natural tendency to be in my feminine, I enjoy dressing, speaking and interacting in a way that highlights this energy.  It is a comfortable place for me to be and there is nothing "wrong" with that expression as I don't subscribe to the negative lack of self worth ideas around being a woman in today's society. That is my PERSONAL expression, and everyone's can mutate, shift, and be completely unique in a healthy and natural way.  It's about really embracing who you are, one way or the other.

So in saying that, I think it would be much more productive for us to honor the masculine and feminine within ourselves and within others. Learning when and how to use each aspect is the important thing here. When we find a man who is balanced and knows how to be in his natural state and a woman who is the same, and or a same sex couple that understands this flow, they will work together using their energies to create, receive and essentially live in joy and harmony with one another.

In loving service,

The Knowing.

There is something extremely powerful in the energy of "knowing" something to be true, rather than wishing or wanting it to be.

When we know we have the ability to do something, be it take a breath of air to making an abundance of money, it seems to just happen.

You see, this certainty leads to the mastery of creating our desires.

One of the ways you can do this right now is to think and talk in terms of certainty! No longer use words like 'when', 'if' or 'try' as they aren't conducive to it being absolutely and certainly true for you.

For example: "If I only knew more about marketing then I might be able to be successful in my business."

This is not a very powerful statement.

Instead one could say "By committing to learn more about marketing I easily attract the clients and abundance I desire."

Again, not only must you start to speak in this way, you must allow yourself to create the feelings of already having that success. They keys to attraction are thinking, believing and feeling. Imagine what it would be like to have your desires met, how would that make you feel? Allow those feelings to fill your body- laugh, smile, and dance if you need to, just allow them to feel real.

Then trust and let go. Focusing too hard on creating something is only telling the universe that you continue to lack in it. Know that your request has been heard and continue to KNOW that it is being created. Have patience, have trust and all will reveal itself in time.

Also, do not get discouraged when life throws you a curve ball. Often these somewhat uncomfortable situations that can arise is just the universe getting rid of a negative pattern that is blocking you from your request. If there is anything in your life holding you back it will fall away. This can be painful and we may try to resist it, but if we have the knowing that this is all a part of the process it becomes much easier to trust and allow the flow to occur.

Honor your emotions as these changes take place as it's the most opportune time to have the greatest shift. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth and listening to our wounding is a way to discover what really needs to be healed for your best self to really shine.

Blessings and gratitude,

The Present Moment is my Future Bliss.

Navjit Kandola of Tender Logic posed the question "What future do you belong to?" This is what it got me thinking:

My current and future life story is this present moment, the here and now, and all circumstance, experiences and events coming to me will be determined through the thoughts and feelings I am currently experiencing.

To explain what I am envisioning and creating for my fantastic future I must ask the questions:
How do I feel right now?
What do I want to feel right now?
What do I want to create right now?
That is my story, that is my creation.

Right now I am a woman of worth. I radiate a love so vast that every person I connect with feels this love. In turn they allow themselves more self love and nurturing in their own life. I know that my gifts, my journey, and my divine path is leading me to a future beyond my wildest dreams. The more I align myself with the excitement and joy I feel when I think about the vast potentials the more I allow the universe to bring it into being. I am truly beyond excited for what is to come as I am truly excited about the right now.

We are often so busy thinking of the past and the future that we forget the point of power is truly in the present. When we send love and gratitude to everything that exists in this moment the goodness of it all expands.

Take a look around you and notice even the smallest things that can put a smile on your face. A beautiful song, a funny movie, your lungs that breathe, the possibilities are endless. We are all so blessed as long as we choose to see it.

In love and gratitude!

Between grief and nothing I will take grief.

I saw this movie while I was in a class called European Cinema.
Probably one of the best "academic" classes I had while attending University.

I Know it's Over.

A beautiful piece in all ways. This is one of the greatest covers Jeff Buckley did, both him and this dance continue to inspire me.

Let me put on a show for you tiger.

Lana Del Rey has had me memorized for the past few days. I just can't get her songs out of my head. Her old school charm, sultry vocals and interesting lyrics are enough to make me groove for hours. Check out this lovely number called "Yayo" and while you're at it, after falling in love, go to her website : and watch Video Games, the song that started my obsession.
